Vendor Rules & Expectations
We keep it professional, fun, and fair. Before you apply, make sure you're aligned with how we run things.
Setup & Breakdown
Vendors must arrive no later than 5:30 PM for setup. All tables must be fully set up by 6:15 PM. Breakdown begins immediately after the event ends — no early teardowns.
Bring Your Own Table
Each vendor must provide their own 6-foot table and chairs. No additional floor space is guaranteed. Keep your display within your assigned footprint. Each vendor is permitted to bring one additional person with them. Any other guests must register as attendees and bring a non-perishable food item to gain entry.
Products & Services
All products and services must be legal, family-appropriate, and pre-approved by the organizer. No adult content, weapons, or illegal items of any kind.
Dress Code
You represent your brand AND this event. Dress business casual or business professional, engage guests warmly, and maintain a positive presence throughout the evening.
No Aggressive Soliciting
Vendors may leave their tables to mingle, however, let your display and energy draw people in — no chasing, no pressure tactics.
Vendor Fee
Payment must be completed to confirm your spot. Spots are not held without payment. No food donation required — your fee covers your entry.
Electricity & Wi-Fi
Wi-Fi is available at the venue. Power outlets may be limited — plan accordingly and bring any necessary equipment (extension cords, battery packs, etc.).
Display & Signage
Vendors are encouraged to bring branded signage, banners, and display materials. All signage must remain within your assigned table footprint and may not obstruct walkways or other vendors.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event are non-refundable. Life happens — reach out early if something comes up and we'll do our best to work with you.
Respect the Space
Belong Event Center is our home for the night. Treat it with respect. Any damage caused by a vendor will be the vendor's financial responsibility.
